About the role

The General Assembly role at our Frankfort, IN location involves working collaboratively to assemble filtration products in an innovative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a manufacturing team environment on multiple production lines to produce air filtration products
• Perform various tasks throughout the shift in a fast-paced work environment
• Follow theoretical and practical instructions
• Communicate effectively with team members and Team Leaders to achieve high efficiency and high-quality air filtration products
• Inspect work of the previous operators and communicate whether the quality is acceptable
• Complete and record all applicable paperwork (scrap reports, first-piece inspection sheets, etc.)
• Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT, and environmental policies and procedures
• Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required

Requirements

• Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced work environment
• Follow written and oral instruction
• Adhere to safety procedures

• Follow set-up sheets, route sheets, and first-piece inspection sheets
• Exhibit mechanical aptitude
• Problem solve efficiently and effectively
• Retain knowledge of the department of operation

• Interact constructively and effectively with all plant employees

Schedule

This is a 3rd shift on-site position, with hours from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

Pay

Hourly Rate: $21.05. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance. This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
