About the role

The Department of Anesthesiology at Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Anesthesiologists to join a highly collaborative, physician-led practice dedicated to clinical excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Broad and diverse surgical case mix across multiple specialties
  • Team-based care model working alongside anesthesiology residents, CAAs, and CRNAs
  • Combination of medically directing and personally performing cases
  • State-of-the-art operating rooms and perioperative technology
  • Strong institutional support and collaborative physician leadership
  • Exposure to complex surgical patients, including pre-heart and pre-liver transplant patients undergoing non-transplant procedures
  • No pediatrics
  • No obstetrics
  • No trauma

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
  • Eligible for Florida medical licensure
  • Strong clinical skills and commitment to team-based care
  • Interest in education, quality improvement, and clinical excellence

Both plans are administered by Aetna and feature minimal copays for in-network care. Although the benefit designs of EHP and EHP Plus are identical, they differ in their provider network size, with EHP offering a narrow network and EHP Plus providing access to the wide Aetna Open Access Select network.   • Dental Care – Four plan options administered by Cigna are available.
