Generous payPTO and paid holidaysCareer growth within your practice and the regionMedical, dental, vision insurance, 401K & more Position Overview Adventure Dental, Vision and Orthodontics in Albuquerque, New Mexico are currently seeking a General Anesthesia Assistant to provide excellent, high-quality care to patients at a pediatric dental practice and outpatient surgery center, including sedation/surgery. This position will report to the Specialty Services Manager. Pay range: $21.00-$27.00/hr (PLUS BONUS OPPORTUNITY) Job Responsibilities Assist the team with a smooth flow of anesthesia support servicesCreate a friendly relationship with patients and parents as well as educating them on good oral healthOrganize and sterilize dental instruments and workstations per OSHA standardsTravel as needed to assist with anesthesia servicesEnsure practice is clean and presentable to patients to include cleaning restrooms, patient lobby, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc.Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children Job Qualifications Radiology education and training that meets state requirementsStrong interpersonal skills, including a friendly outgoing demeanor and the ability to actively listen to patients and parentsAbility to multi-task and complete dental tasks correctly and in a timely mannerKnowledge of e-Clinical Works (eCW) a plusPrevious experience working in a dental office preferredCurrent BLS CPR certification In addition to the job description, you will be asked to perform other duties that support the business and our mission.
