General and Commercial Litigation Attorneys

About the role

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is seeking litigation attorneys with at least three years of experience for immediate openings in their Seattle office. The firm offers flexible work models, including fully remote and hybrid options.

Responsibilities

• Work with a collaborative national team of litigators under the direction of an experienced leader and trial attorney.
• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation.
• Handle assignments with minimal supervision.
• Participate in trial, arbitration, or appellate proceedings.

Requirements

• Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Washington.
• Driven team player with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
• Possess strong academic background and proven skills in research.

Qualifications

• Specialization in General Litigation, Commercial Litigation, or Personal Injury Defense.
• Experience in trial, arbitration, or appellate proceedings preferred but not required.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing.

Pay

The firm's current national base salary ranges are:

• 1-3 years: $100,000-$140,000
• 3-5 years: $120,000-$150,000
• 6-8 years: $140,000-$190,000
• 9-12 years: $170,000-$200,000

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
