Position Overview
This role is a member of the Human Resources Division Leadership Team and is responsible for managing Team Member services, including domestic and international travel, expatriate assistance, vending and food services, janitorial services, administrative supplies, and Company-sponsored events. This role also manages the annual departmental budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional coordination across GA Operations, Space Planning, and IT functions; evaluate work coverage gaps and drive resolution
- Manage the corporate lease vehicle program, including renewal scheduling, compliance monitoring, and vendor coordination
- Evaluate GA-related invoices for accuracy; resolve discrepancies with Finance and vendors to ensure timely and compliant processing
- Manage space inventory records, including floor plans and occupancy data; conduct space utilization analysis and prepare reports to support planning decisions
- Develop bilingual meeting materials, status reports, and follow-up documentation to support cross-regional collaboration and alignment
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with HQ standards and US operational requirements
- Develop GA performance reports and dashboards for management and HQ review, covering key metrics, cost trends, and initiative progress
- Manage Company-sponsored employee engagement events and programs, including VIP visits and other onsite activities (ad hoc)
- Manage day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance requests, cleaning services, security access administration, and supply management (ad hoc)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field
- Three (3) years of supervisory experience
- Ability to develop, implement, and manage strategic plans
- Ability to develop, motivate, and inspire Team Members
- Ability to establish performance expectations and hold Team Members accountable for meeting annual goals and objectives
- Goal-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to set strategic direction and manage teams
- Proven interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
- Proven experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to speak and write fluently in both Korean and English professionally
- Master's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience writing/editing newsletters and other Company communications (preferred)
- Departmental budgeting experience (preferred)
- Experience with policy operation under Company-sponsored programs (preferred)
