General Administration - Emergency Services Coordinator
Description of Duties/Essential Functions
MONITORS FACILITY COMPLIANCE WITH POLICIES, PROCEDURES, DIRECTIVES, AND STANDARDS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES AND LUDEMAN CENTER. REVIEWS COMPLIANCE WITH CERTIFICATION AND ACCREDITING STANDARDS. MONITORS FACILITY PLANS OF CORRECTION. REVIEWS INDIVIDUAL'S HABILITATION PLANS AND INJURY REPORTS. OBSERVES IMPLEMENTATION OF BEHAVIOR AND SKILL TRAINING PROGRAMS AS WELL AS MEAL MONITORING. CONDUCTS IN-SERVICE TRAINING IN CLASSROOM AND ON SITE. WRITES REPORTS AND SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT.
Minimum Requirements
- REQUIRES ABILITY TO READ AND WRITE ENGLISH PROFICIENTLY.
- REQUIRES ABILITY TO ANALYZE INFORMATION AND PROVIDE CONCISE, COHERENT REPORTS.
- REQUIRES EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF ACCREDITING AND CERTIFICATION STANDARDS.
