About the role

Join a dynamic team at Dietz Property Group, where innovation meets excellence in the property management industry. We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our multifamily properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure properties remain in excellent condition.
• Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, move-ins, move-outs, and rent collection.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase property value and marketability.
• Conduct regular inspections and prepare reports for property management decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of property management experience.
• Proven track record of successful property management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with property management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
