GenAI Ops Intent Lead
About the role
The GEN AI Ops Intent Lead at CGI is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering Generative AI initiatives across the enterprise. This role bridges business stakeholders, engineering teams, governance functions, and platform teams to ensure that GenAI solutions achieve measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Own the GenAI use case lifecycle from ideation through production deployment.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize GenAI opportunities.
Define business objectives, success criteria, KPIs, and value realization metrics.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps for GenAI initiatives.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes.
Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and use case intake discussions.
Communicate program progress, risks, and achievements to leadership teams.
Guide engineering teams on business priorities and expected outcomes.
Support sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release planning activities.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
Participate in architecture, governance, and production readiness reviews.
Define and track KPIs related to productivity improvements, user adoption, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and business impact.
Monitor realized benefits and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support ROI measurement and reporting activities.
Collaborate with governance, risk, and compliance teams to ensure GenAI solutions align with enterprise standards.
Support Standards of Care (SoC), responsible AI, and model governance processes.
Participate in use case risk assessments and approval workflows.
Drive user adoption and organizational readiness initiatives.
Coordinate training, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Gather feedback and prioritize enhancements based on business needs.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, or Technology Delivery.
3+ years of experience working with Generative AI, AI/ML solutions, data platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of Product Management, Agile Delivery, Business Process Transformation, and Generative AI concepts.
Experience managing stakeholder relationships across business and technology organizations.
Proven ability to define roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and deliver business outcomes.
Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or highly regulated industries.
Familiarity with Generative AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, AI Governance, Model Risk Management (MRM), and experience leading enterprise platform or transformation initiatives.
Successful onboarding and delivery of GenAI use cases.
Achievement of defined business outcomes and KPIs.
Increased user adoption and business engagement.
Effective prioritization and governance of the GenAI portfolio.
Improved time to value for GenAI initiatives.
Alignment of GenAI investments with strategic business objectives.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
8+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, or Technology Delivery.
3+ years of experience working with Generative AI, AI/ML solutions, data platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of Product Management, Agile Delivery, Business Process Transformation, and Generative AI concepts.

$89,600.00 - $156,700.00

Onsite five days a week at our client site in Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX, or Pittsburgh, PA.
