About the role

Efficient repair of defects in the finish of fiberglass boats or trailer fenders at Skeeter Products, Inc., a leading manufacturer of high-performance Bass Fishing Boats.

Responsibilities

• Use of spray equipment to repair defects in fiberglass finishes
• Use of sanders and buffers
• Use of hand tools
• Watch for additional defects not previously found
• Promote and maintain 5S & TVP standards
• Perform any other job duties assigned

Requirements

• Ability to perform walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing/pulling for 10+ hours a day
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Color sensitive (ability to distinguish colors)
• Detail oriented with ability to detect defects from very small to large in size
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in heat, dust, chemicals, fumes, and around manual equipment
• Manual dexterity and good coordination
• Good quality and attendance habits
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Experience in production, carpentry, construction, or autobody repair (preferred)
