Essential Job Functions

• Aid and provide excellent customer service to patients, offering necessary information about treatment
• Support experienced ophthalmic medical technicians in maintaining and cleaning ophthalmic instruments

Education and Experience

• Experience within a professional environment with a strong customer service focus
• Previous experience within the medical field (preferred)
• High school or equivalent education

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position located in Chesapeake, VA. Travel to other locations may be necessary.
