About the role

GCSolutions is an alternative legal service provider offering cost-effective services to clients through highly qualified attorneys. Positions are available on a part-time and full-time basis with flexible scheduling and the option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to team development
• Independently handle court appearances, take and defend depositions, retain and work with experts, attend mediations, and manage multiple cases
• Work well as part of a team under supervision by experienced partners
• Deliver excellent legal work for clients

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience
• Experience with companies and financial institutions on single plaintiff civil litigation and/or arbitration concerning consumer loans of all types
• Experience with dispute resolution alternatives such as loan modifications, forbearance agreements, and other loan workouts
• Bankruptcy experience is a plus
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
• A commitment to delivering excellent legal work for clients

Qualifications

• Licensed in Tennessee
• Excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials
• Strong writing and analytical skills

Pay

The national average salary range for this role is $80,000 - $160,000. Starting salary will be determined based on hours expectation.
