Responsibilities

• Contribute to team development
• Independently handle court appearances, take and defend depositions, retain and work with experts, attend mediations, and other tasks
• Manage multiple cases at once
• Deliver excellent legal work for clients

Requirements

• At least 5 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts in Texas
• Experience with consumer loans, loan modifications, forbearance agreements, and other dispute resolution alternatives
• Bankruptcy experience a plus
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
• Commitment to delivering excellent legal work for clients

Pay

The national average salary range for this role is $80,000 - $160,000. Starting salary will be determined based on hours expectation.
