About the role

Location: New York, NY. Employment Type: Contract. We are seeking a skilled engineer to join our remote team on a contract basis. The role involves implementing secure cloud solutions and collaborating with various teams to ensure recovery capabilities. Expertise in cloud technologies and security measures is essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement secure administration controls and recovery solutions in a cloud environment.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, identity, and application teams for recovery validation.
• Develop and test recovery automation processes.
• Ensure effective data replication and application rehydration.
• Support cyber resilience and disaster recovery initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cloud architecture and engineering.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Knowledge of cloud security and zero trust principles.
• Understanding of networking and security controls within cloud platforms.
• Experience with platform fundamentals and recovery concepts.

Pay
