GCP Cloud Architect – Identity & Network Security

Job Summary

Design and implement enterprise-scale Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Landing Zone architectures.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage secure Hub-and-Spoke network topologies within GCP.
• Arcitect and manage enterprise GCP Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Implement GCP organizational policies, folder hierarchy, and governance frameworks.
• Design and manage Shared VPCs and enterprise cloud networking infrastructure.
• Establish and enforce cloud security, compliance, and policy controls across GCP environments.
• Collaborate closely with cloud engineering, security, infrastructure, and application teams.
• Support cloud modernization, migration, and governance initiatives for the enterprise.
• Provide architectural guidance for cloud deployment strategies and technical direction.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical governance, and compliance assessments.
• Support initiatives for infrastructure automation, monitoring, and performance optimization in GCP.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in GCP architecture, especially in regulated or financial services environments.
• Expertise in cloud security, networking, governance, policy management, and large-scale landing zone implementation.
• Preferred experience with Vertex AI integration, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and hybrid cloud environments.
