GC Final Assembler A

Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment, setup equipment, identify and locate required tooling
• Ensure all work is correct
• Make arithmetic calculations, read blueprints, understand a bill of material and use measuring devices
• Use equipment including impact guns, pop-rivet guns and other related equipment
• Pull parts for next order, set up sheet metal, install fins and lace tubes per the drawing
• Assist in training personnel when required

Required Education & Qualifications

• Able to make mathematic calculations, comprehend decimals and read blueprints
• Able to correct tool wear and report issues
• Able to read blueprints
• Able to make basic adjustments to equipment required to keep process in control
• Requires ability to lift and push up to 50 lbs.
• Majority of position requires standing and walking, but bending and stooping are required
• This position requires multi-tasking to keep things progressing
• This position requires mental and visual alertness and self-motivation
• Able to work any hours required
