Join a busy, collegial private gastroenterology group on the west coast of Florida, primarily working in an attached ambulatory surgery center and affiliated hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide gastroenterology clinical services in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals
• Achieve productivity targets to qualify for partnership
• Participate in outpatient procedures and patient care

Requirements

• Medical degree and board certification in gastroenterology
• Proven clinical expertise in gastroenterology
• Ability to meet productivity benchmarks
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Key Duties

• Work as an associate with a base salary and productivity bonuses
• Transition to partner after meeting specific criteria, including achieving 60% of WRVU totals and peer approval
• As a partner, share full equity in the practice’s ancillary services, including radiology, pathology, pharmacy, and infusions
• Opportunity to buy into ASC shares at fair market value for ancillary income
