Engage in a collaborative environment managing a diverse patient panel encompassing various digestive health conditions, from inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) to liver disorders and colorectal cancer screenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse patient panel encompassing various digestive health conditions, from inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) to liver disorders and colorectal cancer screenings.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced gastroenterologists and GI hospitalists.
• Participate in a dedicated outpatient endoscopy center.
• Share call coverage with two GI hospitalists.
• Work in a Level II Trauma Center setting.
• Utilize the Patient Safety First Liaison (PSFL) program.
• Utilize Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
• Active Medical License in the State of Arkansas, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Completion of ACGME Residency and Gastroenterology Fellowship.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS).
