About the role

Augusta Health is seeking a Gastroenterology APP Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their growing Gastroenterology Service Line Team, located in the picturesque Shenandoah Valley.

Practice Highlights

The practice setting includes an outpatient surgery center, main hospital, endoscopy, and inpatient. The schedule is 4-10 hour days per week with no call or weekends. The current staff consists of 5 MDs, 6.5 APPs, RNs, LPNs, and CMAs, with an average of 13 patient visits. The team is known for being collegial and supportive, with a strong network for gaining new patients.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Virginia
• GI experience preferred
• Strong interest in delivering state-of-the-art care in community settings

Pay

The salary base is $127,000 - $135,000, with a quality incentive of $6,350, a sign-on bonus of $5,000, and relocation assistance of up to $10,000 (receipt based).
