About the role

Private gastroenterology practice in Western/Central New Jersey with 8 full‑time GI physicians. The group offers a full partnership track into a 100% physician‑owned ambulatory surgery center (ASC) and private practice. Candidates may start in 2026 or 2027. Located ~30 minutes from Princeton, NJ, 1 hour 15 minutes from New York City, and 90 minutes from Philadelphia, PA. The practice serves a single 150‑bed community hospital; clinic and ASC are attached to the hospital for convenience.

Responsibilities

• Provide general gastroenterology care; interest in EUS and ERCP welcomed but not required.
• Perform endoscopic procedures (including optional EUS/ERCP) and grow those services over time.
• Participate in call: 1 in 4 as an associate, 1 in 6 as a partner; call is consult‑only and infrequent.
• Admit patients via the in‑house hospitalist service that handles all admissions.
• Optional lecturing/teaching and involvement with the local Family Medicine residency.

Schedule

• Partners enjoy a 4‑day workweek.
