Gastroenterologist Physician
Responsibilities
- Focus: Primarily general GI (bread-and-butter); advanced procedures optional and supported
- Schedule: ~8 hrs hospital rounding, 12 hrs endoscopy block, 12 hrs clinic
- Clinic Volume: ~20 patients per session
- Procedures: 6-7 per day
- Base Salary: $700,000 - $850,000+ (three-year guarantee)
- Productivity incentives / RVU-based bonuses
- Call Schedule: 1:3
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology
- IL license or ability to attain
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $700,000.00 to $850,000.00 on an annualized basis.
