Gastroenterologist Locums Coverage

Seeking a General Gastroenterologist for a full-time role primarily focused on endoscopy with some clinic duties. Responsibilities include performing ERCP and esophageal manometry, with experience in SBCE or EUS a plus as services expand. Expect to see 12-15 patients daily and conduct scoping in the endo lab. The schedule involves a Monday to Friday mix of clinic and endoscopy, with up to 2 days of clinic per week. Call requirements include 10 call days per month plus weekend call. Hospital privileges are necessary. Qualifications include relevant hospital privileges and experience in endoscopic procedures. Compensation is competitive, with paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing. Part-time candidates are considered. Key skills include proficiency in endoscopy and general GI procedures, and the ability to work independently in a hospital setting. Additional support includes access to a dedicated healthcare consultant and online assignment management.
