Gastroenterologist Locums Coverage

We are seeking a licensed Gastroenterologist to perform general GI duties with a focus on endoscopy and clinic work. Responsibilities include conducting 12-15 patient consultations daily, primarily in endoscopy labs, with up to two days of clinic per week. The role involves performing procedures such as ERCP and esophageal manometry, with experience in SBCE or EUS considered a plus. Call duties include 10 days per month plus weekend coverage. Hospital privileges are required. The position offers full-time preferred but considers part-time candidates, with paid malpractice insurance, and pre-paid travel and housing expenses. Key skills include strong endoscopic skills, general GI expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a clinical setting. Additional duties involve managing assignments via an online portal and maintaining flexibility for varied clinical responsibilities.
