We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of Mayo Clinic, benefits, responsibilities, qualifications, compensation, schedule, etc. Must use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to map content. We have "Why Mayo Clinic" intro: description of Mayo Clinic ranking, employee investment, etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About Mayo Clinic". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those exact headings when appropriate. We have content: Benefits Highlights (list). Responsibilities (paragraph). Qualifications (board-certified/board-eligible, MN license, visa sponsorship). Compensation Detail (salary range). Schedule (Full Time Hours/Pay Period 80). Also maybe "About the role" could include the introductory paragraph about Mayo Clinic and the opportunity description (Austin location, building new team, etc). Also "Requirements" maybe same as Qualifications? But we can treat Qualifications as requirements. "Skills" maybe not present; we should not create empty sections. "Pay" we have compensation detail. "Schedule" we have full time. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, E-Verify, etc. Also remove application instructions (contact email? Actually "For more information about the opportunity, please contact Culbertson.Nicole@mayo.edu" is application instruction; should be removed). Also remove recruiter name? Probably also boilerplate. Remove "Equal Opportunity" etc. Remove "International Assignment No". Remove "Site Description" maybe not needed? It's generic about locations; could be part of About the role? Might be considered boilerplate but it's describing locations; could keep as part of About the role? It's not specific to role but maybe okay. However we should preserve substantive information. The site description is generic but still about Mayo Clinic locations; could be considered part of About the role? Might be okay. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

But that duplicates a lot. Actually responsibilities section should be distinct; maybe we can summarize responsibilities: building new GI team, providing gastroenterology care, performing endoscopy, collaborating, using telehealth, etc. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details but not duplicate the same paragraphs in both About and Responsibilities. The About section could be more about Mayo Clinic and the opportunity; Responsibilities could focus on duties. But the posting doesn't have a separate responsibilities list; it's all mixed. We could still put the same content under Responsibilities, but then About would be redundant. However we need to avoid filler/placeholder text; duplication is not prohibited but might be considered redundant. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't forbid duplication, but we should aim for a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Duplication may be okay but better to split. We could make About the role include the introductory paragraph about Mayo Clinic ranking, employee investment, career growth. Then Responsibilities include the detailed description of the role, location, team building, practice features, etc. Qualifications include board certification, license, visa sponsorship. Benefits section list. Pay section includes compensation range. Schedule section includes full time. Let's extract: About the role: first paragraph about Mayo Clinic ranking, employee investment, continuing education. Responsibilities: the rest describing the role, location, team building, practice features, technology, etc. Qualifications: board-certified/board-eligible in Gastroenterology, eligible for Minnesota state license, visa sponsorship may be considered. Benefits: list as given. Pay: compensation detail: minimum starting salary range $208,000 to $708,168, note that pay varies based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, external market data. Schedule: Full Time Hours/Pay Period 80. We should not include "Exemption Status Exempt", "International Assignment No", "Site Description", "Equal Opportunity", "EEO", "E-Verify", "Recruiter Nikki Culbertson", contact email. Now format:
