Responsibilities

• Lead daily gas utility construction operations
• Supervise Foremen, crews, and subcontractors
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are maintained
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, and project execution
• Serve as the primary field representative for assigned projects
• Identify and resolve field-related challenges proactively
• Drive project completion within schedule and client expectations

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of utility construction experience
• Experience supervising field crews on gas utility projects
• Background as a Foreman, General Foreman, Supervisor, or Superintendent
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and field teams
• Stable employment history within utility construction

Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000
