Essential Functions

• Installs, maintains and repairs natural gas service lines and mains, and related components.
• Receives and completes work orders.
• Performs related activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Three years of heavy equipment experience in a related work environment.
• Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• A valid South Carolina driver’s license.
• Maintain certification under the Department of Public Utilities’ Operator Qualification Program in compliance with minimum pipeline safety regulations defined in 49 CFR Part 192, Subpart N.

Must reside within a radius of Orangeburg, SC that allows for a 30-minute maximum response.
