Responsibilities

• Travel within Minnesota and Wisconsin
• Troubleshoot and diagnose gas system issues
• Ensure gas systems and operations comply with all safety standards, regulations, and protocols
• Provide consultation with customers on gas-related matters, offering expert advice to ensure safety and efficiency
• Generate detailed and accurate service field reports, documenting inspections, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions
• Conduct inspections of gas systems and infrastructure to assess performance, identify potential issues, and ensure operational integrity
• Work closely with utility company personnel and other contractors to maintain consistent service quality and safety standards
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in problem resolution, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions
• Willingness to use basic mobile apps to help complete tasks
• Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with safety regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, (as needed) for customer consultations or troubleshooting emergencies
• Ability to communicate politely and clearly with customers during service visits
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in heat, cold, wind, and rain
• Ability to travel (some overnight) throughout MN and WI
