We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have Overview Company Summary, Job Summary, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Physical Demands and Work Environment, Benefits. Also maybe "Overview Company Summary" could be considered "About the role"? But we should follow headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Overview Company Summary (company description) maybe "About the role"? Not exactly. The job summary is a paragraph. Could be "About the role". We'll treat "Job Summary" as About the role. Responsibilities present. Qualifications present. Benefits present. Physical Demands and Work Environment maybe could be under Requirements? But we have no separate Requirements heading; we could put Physical Demands under Requirements or maybe under Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map: About the role -> Job Summary. Responsibilities -> Responsibilities. Requirements -> maybe Physical Demands and Work Environment? Or we could combine Qualifications and Requirements? Actually Qualifications is separate heading. So we can have Qualifications heading for qualifications list. Requirements could be for physical demands? Might be okay. But we need to avoid filler. We have physical demands content; we can put under Requirements. Benefits we have. Pay and Schedule not present, so omit. Skills not present as separate; we could omit. So final HTML:

We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract. Company Summary: Not needed as heading? Could be part of About the role? But we have job summary separate. The overview company summary is substantive; we could include it in About the role paragraph before job summary. The instruction: do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. It's okay to include company summary in About the role. Thus About the role paragraph: combine company summary and job summary. Let's craft: Company Summary: MasTec Utility Services delivers critical infrastructure construction and engineering services for power delivery, gas, and water customers, specializing in overhead and underground electric distribution for power delivery systems, gas distribution construction for gas systems, and turnkey solutions for a variety of water, sewer, and civil infrastructure projects. Job Summary: The Gas General Foreman leads the crew to complete daily tasks related to the installation and repair of natural gas pipelines and/or joint trench utilities for power and telephone in a safe and correct manner. The position oversees crew safety and productivity, installing and pressure testing both mainline and service line gas pipe, as well as completing routine safety inspections and documentation. This position oversees the Line team and works with customers, senior management, and personnel from other departments. Combine into one paragraph? Could be two paragraphs but we can keep as one

with both. Responsibilities list: extract each bullet: - Obtain all necessary licenses, permits, and materials for each job. - Oversee and coordinate crew work to install natural gas pipelines via open-cut or directional drill methods. - Oversee, accomplish, and ensure all work quality related to each project and assume full responsibility for its standard and timeliness. - Coordinate and delegate daily tasks to crew members related to digging and placing product. - Gain entry to site buildings for work crew and call in utilities located at each project site. - Facilitate daily toolbox talks and weekly safety inspections to ensure the crews work safely. - Complete all paperwork in a timely manner. - Train new hires and trainees to learn the trade. - Track employee hours and submit for payroll on a timely basis. - Call in utilities located at each project site. (duplicate? Actually appears twice; we should keep only once? The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we need to deduplicate. There's "Gain entry to site buildings for work crew and call in utilities located at each project site." and later "Call in utilities located at each project site." The latter is duplicate of part of previous; we can keep the first and drop the second duplicate. Also "Call in utilities located at each project site." appears again later? Actually after "Track employee hours..." then "Call in utilities located at each project site." then "Inspect existing utilities are properly identified and exposed, to ensure piping is correctly installed and fused, job meets customer specifications, and it meets company quality standards." then "Drive, haul, and/or operate equipment to/from job sites to assist crews in completion of work." then "Keep the job(s) moving on time, clean up, and perform job restoration at the end of job." then "Communicate with customers and inspectors." Thus responsibilities list items: 1. Obtain all necessary licenses, permits, and materials for each job. 2. Oversee and coordinate crew work to install natural gas pipelines via open-cut or directional drill methods. 3. Oversee, accomplish, and ensure all work quality related to each project and assume full responsibility for its standard and timeliness. 4. Coordinate and delegate daily tasks to crew members related to digging and placing product. 5. Gain entry to site buildings for work crew and call in utilities located at each project site. 6. Facilitate daily toolbox talks and weekly safety inspections to ensure the crews work safely. 7. Complete all paperwork in a timely manner. 8. Train new hires and trainees to learn the trade. 9. Track employee hours and submit for payroll on a timely basis. 10. Inspect existing utilities are properly identified and exposed, to ensure piping is correctly installed and fused, job meets customer specifications, and it meets company quality standards. 11. Drive, haul, and/or operate equipment to/from job sites to assist crews in completion of work. 12. Keep the job(s) moving on time, clean up, and perform job restoration at the end of job. 13. Communicate with customers and inspectors. Now Qualifications list: - High school diploma, or equivalent. - 3 years of gas pipeline construction or maintenance experience. - 2 years of supervisory experience. - Current and valid Class A CDL. - OSHA 10 certification. Preferred: - 5 or more years of gas pipeline construction experience. - Operator Qualification (OQ). - Pipe fusion certification. - DOT Flagger certification. - First Aid and CPR certification. We need to keep as list items; we can separate required vs preferred? Could just list all items; but we could keep as list with maybe note "Preferred". We'll just list all items; maybe add a note? But we should not invent. We can include "Preferred" as a separate list? Could just list all items; but we need to preserve that some are preferred. Could add a sublist? Simpler: list all items, and for preferred items we can prefix with "(Preferred)". That's adding text not in original; not allowed. Better to keep two separate lists: one for Qualifications (required) and another for Preferred Qualifications? But heading only Qualifications. We could combine but note "Preferred" as part of item text? That would be altering. However we could keep the original wording: "Preferred 5 or more years of gas pipeline construction experience." etc. That is exactly as in posting. So we can include those lines as list items exactly as they appear. So list items: - High school diploma, or equivalent. - 3 years of gas pipeline construction or maintenance experience. - 2 years of supervisory experience. - Current and valid Class A CDL. - OSHA 10 certification. - Preferred 5 or more years of gas pipeline construction experience. - Preferred Operator Qualification (OQ). - Preferred Pipe fusion certification. - Preferred DOT Flagger certification. - Preferred First Aid and CPR certification. But the original says "Preferred 5 or more years of gas pipeline construction experience." etc. So we keep that phrasing. Now Benefits: "Benefits available include Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life insurance, a 401k plan and Employee Stock Purchase plan." Also mention MasTec is publicly traded MTZ (NYSE). That's maybe not a benefit but could be included. We'll keep as list items? Could be a sentence. We'll make a

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life insurance
  • 401k plan
  • Employee Stock Purchase plan
. Also note MasTec is publicly traded MTZ (NYSE) maybe as a separate

. But it's not a benefit; it's just company info. Could be included in About the role? Already included company summary. Might be redundant. We'll omit duplicate. Physical Demands and Work Environment: we need to put under Requirements heading. Content: "This job operates in a field environment. This role routinely requires extended periods of bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, lifting in awkward positions, standing, and twisting. Also, working in inclement weather conditions, such as extreme heat, extreme cold, rain, ice, snow, and wind. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. This position is physically active, with lifting required. Must be able to bend and lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more or 20 inches or less, with the ability to judge distance and space relationships. Precise hand-eye coordination. Ability to identify and distinguish colors. Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. The Company reserves the right to revise or change the job duties as the need arises. Management reserves the right to change the description, duties, or work schedules to accommodate individuals with disabilities." We need to preserve all substantive info. We'll put as a

under Requirements. Now ensure we don't include boilerplate: EEO, etc. Remove. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:
