Responsibilities

• Aids in directing construction activities of union crews on assigned teams.
• Organizes and monitors the work of all crew personnel and subcontractors to ensure timely job completion.
• Maintains regular documentation and ensures proper paper flow to the project office.
• Continually reviews progress reports and identifies and improves changes where practicable.
• Affirms compliance with Henkels & McCoy’s established Project Management Methodology and upholds H&M safety and quality management protocols.
• Assists in investigating incidents and claims as required.
• Develops methodology, tools, and approaches using fundamentals of H&M Project Management practices.
• Manages assigned crewmen and subcontractors, communicating with influence to team members.
• Ensures consistency of team goals, roles, protocols, and business relationships with high-performance requirements and company strategy.
• Leads by example in fostering trust, accountability, assertiveness, and constructive communication.

Qualifications

• Understanding of construction and utility industry practices, processes, and standards.
• Advanced technical knowledge within assigned line of business (LOB) or construction specialty.
• Exposure to industry-relevant software.
• Broad problem-solving skills.
