Responsibilities
- Receiving bulk orders from customers and follow the orders until payments done.
- Receiving customer new development requests and follow the developments until technical files signed
- Follow customer sampling request
- Quotation and customer price referencing in ERP system
- Price negotiation
- Customer quality issue support
- Regular customer visit
- Opportunity to work closely with China HQ and international clients
