The Role We are seeking an experienced Gardener & Grounds Maintenance professional for a Permanent Full-Time position. Working across multiple premium sites centred around Bracken Ridge, you will be hands-on in keeping these outdoor spaces looking their absolute best. Turf Care: Professional mowing, edging, fertilising, and aerating lawns to ensure year-round health. Horticultural Care: Pruning, hedging, weeding, and mulching of garden beds. Planting & Enhancement: Selecting and installing climate-appropriate flora to enhance property value and sustainability. Specialised Care: Invasive plant management and pest/disease identification and treatment. Equipment Care: Servicing hand tools (including sharpening) and performing servicing/maintenance on small engine equipment.
