About the Role
Reporting to the District Manager, your main focus as Store Manager is to promote a positive shopping experience and build loyal customer relationships. You produce outstanding business results by leading and inspiring a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency and excellent standards. You demonstrate great leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team members. You maximize the store’s profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.

- Show flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment.
- Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration.
Requirements
- High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or a related discipline is an asset.
- 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience.
- Passion for fashion and customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in social media, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs.
