Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience for each customer.
• Lead and inspire a high‑performing team to drive operational efficiency.
• Use sales expertise and personalized service to build and maintain meaningful, long‑term customer relationships.
• Contribute to the overall success of the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion.
• Customer‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while delivering a high level of attention and service.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs.
