About the role

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll be the face of our brand. As a Sales Associate, your focus is creating an elevated shopping experience—whether it’s styling customers in their new favourite fits, building real connections, or bringing the vibe to the floor. You’ll make every shopper feel like part of our Garage community, turning quick visits into long-term relationships with the brand. You’ll also support the daily flow of the store, keeping everything running smoothly while upholding our brand and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the store’s energy and visual standards
• Support daily store operations and workflow

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Passion for fashion and a fearless sense of style
• People-first attitude with a focus on connection and positivity
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with an individual edge
• Flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience is a bonus but not required
• Social media savvy and an eye for aesthetics (preferred)
