Schedule
- Full-time: Monday, Thursday, Friday from 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- Saturday, Sunday from 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

About the Role
The Maintenance Garage Attendant is responsible for all janitorial duties in garages and surface lots, ensuring they are maintained and cleaned daily. This role requires strong communication with departments, coworkers, customers, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Ensure garages and surface lots are maintained and cleaned on a daily basis.
- Perform general maintenance tasks: sweeping, wiping down surfaces and equipment, emptying trash, picking up trash, changing light bulbs, painting, etc.
- Assist with snow removal and winter upkeep (managing sidewalks and garages).
- Operate garage/floor sweeper and scrubber to ensure floors are clean and safe.
- Complete all daily duties on the maintenance checklist efficiently and timely.
- Greet customers by name, respond promptly to correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude to develop rapport with the customer base.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate maintenance vehicles.
- Experience with general facility maintenance.
- Experience in customer relations.

Physical Demands
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 30 pounds.
