Custodian - Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds and cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, restrooms, floors, and walls
• Unloading delivery trucks and emptying trash dumpsters
• Changing light bulbs and cleaning HVAC/exhaust filters and roof debris

Qualifications and Skills

Attention to detail, ability to perform routine maintenance tasks, and capacity to handle physical work. The role emphasizes cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health standards.
