About the role
The Graduate Research Assistant will support Dr. Magno’s intensive GIS (Geographic Information System) research, focusing on projects in the Philippines and Erie, Pennsylvania. The role requires a willingness to engage in fieldwork, learn GIS software, and have basic knowledge of data management.

Responsibilities
- Support GIS research projects in the Philippines and Erie, Pennsylvania.
- Engage in fieldwork and data collection.
- Learn and utilize GIS software.
- Manage and analyze data.
Requirements
- Applicants must be accepted into a graduate program at Gannon University.
- Highly motivated with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of data management.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift 20 pounds if needed.
Schedule
- Part-time, 9-month position.
- 10 hours per week.
- Office hours depend on candidate's schedule.
- 1st shift.
