GAN ASSURANCES BETHUNE VAUBAN is seeking an experienced Agent General to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance and be able to provide personalized advice to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized insurance advice to clients across various sectors including individuals, professionals, entrepreneurs, self-employed individuals, and more.
• Offer comprehensive coverage options tailored to each client's needs, including automobile, property, health, and retirement plans.
• Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and service.
• Respond to inquiries and assist clients in understanding and selecting appropriate insurance products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of all transactions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local and national insurance regulations.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Education in insurance, business administration, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay

Salary range: €30,000 - €50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
