Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive adversarial resilience strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps aligned with Jabil's business objectives and risk appetite.
  • Lead and manage red teaming exercises and penetration testing engagements to identify vulnerabilities and assess the effectiveness of existing security controls.
  • Drive the enhancement of Jabil's incident response capabilities, including playbook development, simulation exercises, and post-incident analysis to improve threat detection and containment.
  • Oversee the continuous monitoring and analysis of cyber threat intelligence to anticipate emerging threats and inform defensive strategies.
  • Design and review secure cloud and on-premise security architectures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Provide thought leadership and expert guidance on complex cybersecurity issues to senior management and technical teams.
  • Mentor and develop a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders (IT, Legal, Compliance, Engineering) to integrate security considerations throughout the software development lifecycle and operational processes.
  • Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and solutions to enhance Jabil's adversarial resilience capabilities.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on adversarial tactics and resilience.
  • Proven expertise in Cloud Security, including secure configuration, architecture, and threat modeling for major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Deep understanding of Computer Security Exploits and common attack vectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence analysis and its application to proactive defense.
  • Strong background in Incident Response, including leading and coordinating responses to significant security incidents.
  • Expertise in Network Security principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience conducting and managing Penetration Testing and Red Teaming engagements.
  • Proficiency in Security Architecture Design, with the ability to translate business requirements into secure technical solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of providing Thought Leadership and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, OSCP, GPEN, GCIH) are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
