Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive adversarial resilience strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps aligned with Jabil's business objectives and risk appetite.
- Lead and manage red teaming exercises and penetration testing engagements to identify vulnerabilities and assess the effectiveness of existing security controls.
- Drive the enhancement of Jabil's incident response capabilities, including playbook development, simulation exercises, and post-incident analysis to improve threat detection and containment.
- Oversee the continuous monitoring and analysis of cyber threat intelligence to anticipate emerging threats and inform defensive strategies.
- Design and review secure cloud and on-premise security architectures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
- Provide thought leadership and expert guidance on complex cybersecurity issues to senior management and technical teams.
- Mentor and develop a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders (IT, Legal, Compliance, Engineering) to integrate security considerations throughout the software development lifecycle and operational processes.
- Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and solutions to enhance Jabil's adversarial resilience capabilities.
Job Qualifications
- Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on adversarial tactics and resilience.
- Proven expertise in Cloud Security, including secure configuration, architecture, and threat modeling for major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Deep understanding of Computer Security Exploits and common attack vectors.
- Demonstrated experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence analysis and its application to proactive defense.
- Strong background in Incident Response, including leading and coordinating responses to significant security incidents.
- Expertise in Network Security principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience conducting and managing Penetration Testing and Red Teaming engagements.
- Proficiency in Security Architecture Design, with the ability to translate business requirements into secure technical solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of providing Thought Leadership and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, OSCP, GPEN, GCIH) are highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
