Technician — The Guardian of Play, Safety, and Flow
This role is for people who take pride in fixing problems before anyone else notices them.
Responsibilities
- Ensure gaming areas and facilities are safe, functional, and guest-ready at all times
- Perform opening and closing checks on equipment and spaces
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair gaming and facility issues
- Take preventive action to identify and address problems before they affect guests
- Clearly communicate when equipment is down and provide accurate status updates
- Support guests with brief explanations or guidance when technical issues arise
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-documented work areas
Requirements
- You believe preventive maintenance beats reactive fixes every time
- You communicate early and clearly when something isn’t working
- You take ownership through resolution, not hand-offs
- You enjoy working independently while staying connected to the broader team
- You’re calm, methodical, and focused under pressure

Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical or technical aptitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment when needed
- Able to work 30+ hours per week
- Professional dress code during working hours
- Day and evening availability, including special events
- Reliable transportation
