Gaming Commission Inspector
Job Requirements
Starting Pay Range: $47,000K - $50,000/yearly (non-exempt)
Swing shift (3pm-11pm)
What You Will Do
As a Gaming Inspector
- Observes gaming-related activities and ensures compliance with Nation-State compact requirements and National Indian Gaming Commission internal controls.
- Uses independent judgment and discretion to investigate and resolve gaming-related complaints or inquiries initiated by patrons.
- Collaborates with Surveillance, Games and/or other departments as necessary to thoroughly investigate and resolve complaints.
- Verifies validity of large wins at gaming machines, Pull tabs, Bingo and Keno.

Work Experience
To be successful as a Gaming Inspector, you'll need:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, Audit, or related field preferred;
- OR one to two years of professional experience in regulation, gaming, law enforcement or related field,
- OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel programs.
Strong conflict resolution skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Proven ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 11-20 pounds.
