Gameday Experience Intern [Summer]

Position Overview

CT United is seeking a Gameday Experience Intern to enhance the matchday atmosphere for fans. This role involves supporting guest services, in-venue activations, and supporter engagement to make every match feel organized, energetic, and community-driven.

Compensation: Unpaid internship. Academic credit may be available if required by your institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete and present an assigned educational project
• Aid in planning and executing matchday fan experiences
• Staff fan zones, promotions, and in-venue activations
• Act as a frontline guest services ambassador
• Support supporter groups and in-game entertainment
• Help gather fan feedback and provide post-match insights

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Enrolled in a university/college program or recent graduate (required)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry at least 30 pounds
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and matchdays
• Comfortable in fast-paced, live-event environments
• Interest in live event management, hospitality, or event sponsorship
• Prior experience with athletics, events, customer service, or operations
