About The Role As a Game Mathematician at funhouse, you will be responsible for developing game concepts from a mathematical/mechanical point of view and help us fine-tune our game concepts into the best possible games on the market, you will develop math’s models for games and perform simulations to understand the math parameters and how they compare to other games in our portfolio. As a Game Mathematician, you will not only have access to data insights but also the opportunity to collaborate on data-related projects, as well as risk analysis together with the Analytics team to investigate casino risk and fraud attempts. We offer you a great opportunity to be a part of our ingenious Math team and work with new innovative ideas, from developing the initial gaming concept through to the production of the final mathematical game design. What you’ll need Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience requiredEnjoy working in a creative environmentHave strong multi-tasking skillsHave excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work will with others in a team environmentAbility to bring projects to completion with minimal supervisionAbility to adapt to a customer-oriented, fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentProficient in Microsoft ExcelProficient in C++, C#, or a similar object oriented programming languageFamiliarity with working in a Windows programming environment, including Visual Studio2-5 years of professional experience in applied mathematics, probability, and/or combinatoricsGaming industry experience is preferred, but not requiredStrong written and verbal communication skills.Experience in igaming in a plus.
