Job Description

The primary responsibility of a Game Manager is to oversee the maintenance and management of game areas within the district. This includes ensuring that all game facilities are in good condition, managing budgets, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage game areas including fields, courts, and other sports facilities.
• Oversee budgeting and financial management for game area maintenance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and compliance with district policies.
• Ensure safety standards are met and adhere to all relevant regulations.
• Communicate with stakeholders such as coaches, players, and community members regarding facility usage and maintenance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sports facility management or related field.
• Knowledge of sports equipment and facility maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with youth and adult athletes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
