Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding table service, demonstrating a deep understanding of the menu and beverage offerings.
• Anticipate and respond promptly to guest requests and needs.
• Ensure tables are set and maintained to meet The Sebastian Vail's high standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards consistently.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a cohesive and efficient service environment.
• Handle guest concerns and special requests with professionalism and tact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a server in an upscale dining or hospitality environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails is an advantage.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and a team player spirit.
