Responsibilities

• Lively engagement with RH clients upon entry, delivering exceptional service
• Answering guest inquiries about RH Interior Design Services and guiding them to the appropriate associates
• Performing tasks such as greeting, wayfinding, check-in for RH Interior Design and restaurant waitlist, coat and umbrella check, and occasional concierge and valet validation
• Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and compliance of Gallery areas during daily setup and breakdown
• Assisting with onsite and offsite events as required
• Providing feedback on guest comments or escalations to leadership team

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new experiences
• An energetic, accountable, and team-oriented personality
• A reliable, dependable, and responsible nature
• The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
