Gaia Board Member

Responsibilities

• Three scheduled board meetings per year, plus any Zoom meetings if needed (none during 2025), plus two Zoom audit committee calls (about 60 minutes)
• Compensation Range: $50,000 – $100,000 (depending on committee participation) with all board related expenses covered by the Gaia
• Compensation Type: annual retainer plus a pay per a meeting

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of professional experience in a C-suite senior leadership role in a corporation with annual revenues greater than $100 million revenue
• Proven ability to evaluate, forecast and analyze financial results
• Gaia member
• Strong financial background or CEO or CFO experience
• Personal spiritual practice
• Believing that the world can be changed for better
• Able to see through mass media spins of reality
• Non-smoker
