The Distribution Manager must be self-disciplined to work independently in an assigned territory to grow fluid-applied coatings to the commercial roofing, decking and waterproofing markets and meet Region and Division sales objectives. The Distribution Manager is responsible for keeping both the 2 step Distributors and 1 step Dealers stocked with the appropriate Gaco inventory and conducting training both outside sales and inside sales on how to sell the product to their customer base. Work closely with the Regional Managers and Area Managers in all assigned markets, with additional focus on National Accounts, Buying Groups, Distribution National Accounts and Regional Accounts to grow Gaco Market Share.
