About the role

Gable Pines, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join their growing team in Vadnais Heights, Roseville/White Bear Lake area. The community offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Aid in medication administration.

Requirements

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Pay

• HHA Wage: $17.00-$22.00 per hour.
• CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 per hour.
• Shift Differential: $1.00 for PMs, $2.00 for NOCs.

Schedule

• Shifts Available: Full-Time and Part-Time AMs, PMs, and NOCs.
