CNA/HHA - Caregiver

Location: Miami, FL Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour Schedule: Day and Night Shifts Available Work Setting: Private Home Care | One-on-One Care Join Our Caregiver Team at YAH Home Care We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing home care team in Miami, FL. Our caregivers provide one-on-one care in private home settings, supporting each client’s comfort, safety, independence, and overall well-being. We currently have opportunities available for both day and night shifts. What You'll Do As a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant, your responsibilities may include: Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingSupporting safe mobility, transfers, repositioning, and fall preventionProviding companionship and emotional supportPreparing meals based on the client's needs and preferencesProviding medication reminders as permittedPerforming light housekeeping related to client care, including laundry and maintaining the client's immediate living areaObserving and reporting changes in the client's condition or needsFollowing individualized care plans and established routinesCommunicating professionally with clients, families, and the care teamMaintaining a clean, safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment What We're Looking For Required Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credentialMinimum of 3 years of hands-on caregiving experienceReliable transportationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDependability and punctualityAbility to work independently and follow an established care plan Preferred Current CPR certificationPrevious experience providing one-on-one care in a private home setting The Caregivers Who Thrive With Us We Value Caregivers Who Are Compassionate, patient, and respectfulDependable, punctual, and trustworthyProfessional and attentive to client needsComfortable working independentlyCommitted to providing consistent, high-quality carePassionate about treating every client with dignity, kindness, and respect Why Join Us?
