Georgia HOPE is a behavioral health provider dedicated to creating meaningful change for children, families, and individuals facing emotional and behavioral challenges. We serve these populations through direct services in their homes, schools, and communities, emphasizing personalized, strengths-focused care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, clinically sound mental health services across a diverse population.
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapy services through individual, group, and family sessions to address a range of mental health needs.
- Maintain consistent engagement with clients, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment approaches as clinically indicated.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and connect clients to community resources to ensure holistic, coordinated care.
- Complete accurate, timely documentation and maintain compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships.
- Must be eligible for professional licensure in the state of Georgia as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The role may be clinic-based, community-based, or a hybrid of both, depending on program needs. You’ll manage a clinical caseload with a mix of scheduled sessions and responsive client care, including occasional crisis support.
